1. Metal structure
Metal structure is an important part of pipelayer, its main function is to support the working mechanism of pipe crane, to withstand the external load generated during work. For example, the boom and tower of the boom type pipelayer.
2. Working Mechanism
The working mechanism of pipelayer is composed of lifting mechanism, operating mechanism, return transfer mechanism and luffing mechanism. The main function of the lifting mechanism is to lift heavy objects. This is also the most important and basic mechanism of the pipelayer. The lifting mechanism used at present mainly relies on the hydraulic system to realize the lifting of heavy objects; The amplitude changing mechanism changes the amplitude of the boom by changing the Angle of the boom of the pipelayer. The slewing mechanism is to make the slewing part of the pipelayer rotate around the rotating shaft; The function of the running mechanism is to make the pipelayer walk.
3. Power plant
The power plant provides power for the pipelayer. The driving device of wheel type pipelayer and crawler type pipelayer is mostly internal combustion engine, while the driving device of bridge type pipelayer and fixed pipelayer is mostly external power supply.
4. Control system
The control system includes control device and safety device. The control device is composed of clutch, brake, etc., and the safety device is composed of torque limiter, control valve and speed regulating device. Complete the work requirements through the control system of the pipelayer. At the same time to ensure the safety of the pipelayer operation.
