1.The system consists of hydraulic pump station, cylinders, steel wire, and strokes. Easy to installation and operation;
2.The system utilizes PLC central control to handle lift. Each power pack is equipped with auxiliary balance device to guarantee the precision of simultaneously lifting.
3.Hydraulic jacking system pump station has subsidiary manual control and central control two operation models. The cylinder can be adjusted to lift separately or to lift with several others as one group, and multi groups can also be integrated to lift reach better precision and better welding effect.
4.All the cylinders are with safety valve. It can be automatically locked to avoid cylinder/ tank dropping even under situation of power off, high-pressure hose broken, burst.

At present, we have three types of hydraulic jacking system in WINCOO Engineering Co., LTD. They are the following three: Advanced hydraulic jacking system, Simple unfixing Holding -latch hydraulic Jacking system and Simple chain type hydraulic jacking system.
Hydraulic jacking system (package unit) is evenly distributed around tank inner wall. Tank top and upper (the first layer) wall plates are lifted first and then install and weld wall plates of tank body. Self locking hydraulic jacking system and hydraulic hoist composing of lifting frame and lifting rod are adopted. When oil enters hydraulic jacking system, upper clamp fastens and lifts lifting rod and expansion ring and mobilize tank (including tank top) to ascend upward. When oil returns to jack, upper clamp returns with piston and lower clamp automatically fastens lifting rod without gliding. The jack repeats the movement and make lifting rod ascend with tank to designated height (spare height for next layer of plate). After butt weld of next layer of wall plates, open upper and lower loosening device and loosen upper and lower clamp to make lifting rod and expansion ring descend to lower expanded and welded rib plate of the next layer of wall plates and then lift. Repeat the process and ascend welded tan till the last layer of wall plates are installed and welded. The installation of the whole storage tank is completed.
The following short description gives the working procedure in outline. It can in certain details be modified when required.
1.The tank bottom – plates are placed on the prepared foundation and welded together.
2.The beams or lattice work of the roof are assembled and finally joined to the upper rim of the shell ring.
3.The hydraulic jacking system is installed in the tank. The plates of the second shell ring (next to the top ring) are positioned outside the first one.
4.The completed part of the tank (roof and top shell ring) is lifted hydraulically to a height at which the plates of the second ring can be moved into place and the roof sheeting can be completed.
5.The plates of the second shell ring are located exactly and welded together to the lower edge of the first ring.
6.The plates of the third shell ring are placed outside the second shell ring.
7.The completed part of the tank (roof the two uppermost shell rings) is lifted.
8.The above cycle of operations is repeated until the last (bottom) shell ring is finished.
9.The entire tank is lowered down to the bottom plate and welded to this.
10.The lifting equipment is dismantled.

Tank lifted by N sets of 5T-3M model electric chain hoist, 5 tons of electric chain hoist can be used up to 60% of its max tonnage, that is, no more than 3 tons.The max stroke of the electric chain hoist is 3 meter(length can be customized).
Equipment operation steps:
1.First,making the top first circle plate of the tank body on the bottom plate;Then install the expansion ring on the first ring plate(The bottom of the expansion ring is about 200mm away from the bottom edge of the first ring plate);Finally, tighten the ring on the first ring plate with the screw jack.
2.Installed the lifting column on the inner side of the tank 400mm away from the tank wall and N lifting columns are evenly arranged on the inner side of the whole tank.Then the upper end of the column and the bottom plate of the tank are fixed with two pull rods as triangular stay support.
3.Using the pull rod to pull the two adjacent lifting columns to form an integral circle. And a lifting lug is welded on the expansion ring corresponding to the lifting column, the baffle is welded on the tank wall at the upper end of the expansion ring to block the ring.
4.Hang the electric chain hoist on the lifting lug at the top of the column and Hook the hook of the electric hoist on the lifting lug of the expansion ring.Then install all the electric hoist in order and connect the power supply of all electric hoist to the main control board(The main control board can control each electric hoist separately, and can also control all electric hoist centrally and synchronously).
Note:Switch on the total power supply, then pre-tighten each electric hoist, check whether the receiving force of all electric hoist is uniform and check whether all lifting points are normal.If everything is normal, it can be lifted.
5.Switch the main control board to the centralized control and switch on the overall rising button, so that all electric hoist will rise synchronously.In the process of lifting, if some electric hoist fails to work, the master control board shall be converted to separate control. After re-tightening the loose electric hoist, lift it as a whole until it reaches the specified height. Finally, adjust the lifting height to be consistent through separate adjustment.
6.Make the second ring plate, after welding the vertical seam and block, drop all the electric hoist as a whole, and let the first ring plate fall back to the second ring plate, so that the overall lifting of the first ring plate is completed.
7.After the girth seam welding is completed, loosen the expansion ring.And lower the rising ring to the designated height at the bottom of the second ring plate with the electric hoist, and then carry out the preparation for the next lifting.
