A hydraulic tank lifting jack is a specialized heavy-duty lifting system designed for the vertical construction (downward or upward) of large storage tanks. Unlike standard automotive jacks, this system utilizes synchronized hydraulic cylinders, a centralized PLC control unit, and a modular configuration to lift tons of steel evenly. It is the core equipment for the inverted (jack-up) construction method, allowing workers to assemble the tank from the top ring down, minimizing the need for high-altitude work and heavy cranes .
The YT-C series is engineered to handle various tank sizes, from small field-erected vessels to massive 100,000 m³ storage tanks. Below are the standard specifications:

Note: Custom configurations are available. The system supports module configurations where the number of cylinders can be adjusted based on tank circumference and total weight.
Superior Synchronization & Safety: The system utilizes PLC central control to manage lifting precision. Each cylinder is equipped with a safety valve that automatically locks the load in place, even in the event of a power outage or hydraulic hose rupture, preventing sudden drops .
High Efficiency: The modular design allows for rapid installation. Each lifting cycle (one full stroke) takes approximately 15 minutes, significantly speeding up the welding schedule for annular plates .
Simplified Hydraulics: We utilize a single high-pressure hose per cylinder. This design minimizes the risk of oil leakage commonly associated with traditional multi-hose configurations .
Two-Stage & Long Stroke: The YT-C series features a two-stage cylinder design, providing a long stroke capable of lifting a full ring course in one go, eliminating the need for frequent re-shimming .
This equipment is specifically designed for vertical storage tank construction.
Applications: Crude oil reserves, chemical storage tanks, LNG/LPG tanks (including C-type fuel tanks for vessels), and water treatment tanks .
Construction Method: Ideal for the Inverted (Jacking) Installation Method, where the roof is lifted, and subsequent shell courses are welded at ground level, reducing safety risks and crane costs .
