Key Features & Advantages

1, PLC-Controlled Synchronized Lifting – The equipment adopts PLC program to control jacking, offering simple operation, high synchronization precision, and a stable jacking process. Multiple hydraulic cylinders operate in unison, achieving millimeter-level precision and eliminating uneven stress distribution during tank assembly.

2,  Dual Control Modes – The hydraulic jacking pump station supports both manual and centralized control modes. Hydraulic cylinders can be adjusted individually or in groups for fine-tuning lifts and falls. Multiple groups can be centrally controlled for coordinated up/down operations, enabling precise butt adjustment of tank wall welds.

3,  Self-Locking Safety Mechanism – Each hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a safety valve self-locking system. Even in the event of power failure, high-pressure hose rupture, or hydraulic cylinder malfunction, the equipment will not cause the tank or heavy objects to slide or fall, ensuring safe and reliable hydraulic jacking operation.

4,  Plunger-Type Hydraulic System – The plunger-type hydraulic jacking system generates no side force during the jacking process, meaning zero influence on the tank wall integrity.

5, Compact & Lightweight Design – Featuring a sleeve process design, the system offers a smaller shape, lighter weight, and easier installation and transportation, resulting in higher application efficiency.

6,  High Stroke Efficiency – With a hydraulic cylinder stroke of 800 mm, the system can complete the one-time jacking of wall panels below 2300 mm, reducing jacking time and saving labor costs.

7,  Corrosion-Resistant Construction – Built with robust steel construction to withstand harsh agricultural and outdoor environments.
