Cold Bending Process: Ensures a safe, efficient, and cost-effective construction process by removing the need for heating or induction units.
Independent Power Station: The machine adopts an independent power station design. The power unit can be placed away from the main engine via fast connection devices, significantly reducing noise interference for operators, facilitating equipment transport, and greatly simplifying daily maintenance and filter replacement .
All-Weather Operability: Equipped with a high-efficiency radiator (with heat dissipation effect twice that of ordinary radiators) and a hydraulic oil preheating device. The hydraulic system operates reliably in environments ranging from -30°C to 50°C, ensuring that the pipeline project does not shut down due to hydraulic oil temperature abnormalities .
Anti-corrosion Protection: Suitable for bending threaded pipe, straight pipe, seamless pipe, and steel pipes with inner anti-corrosion layers and polyethylene outer anti-corrosion layers—without damaging the anti-corrosion layer of the steel pipe.
Efficiency: A high-flow Italian imported control valve (approx. 400 L/min) shortens the working stroke, saving up to 10% of bending time per 10° bend.
Oil & Gas Transmission: Field bending of large-diameter API 5L pipes to navigate hills, rivers, and existing infrastructure in long-distance trunk lines.
Cross-Country Utility Projects: Construction of water supply lines, slurry transport, and industrial outfall pipelines.
Pipeline Maintenance & Rerouting: On-site modifications where pre-fabricated elbows are not feasible or cost-prohibitive.
