H-beam combination work station is the appropriative equipment for the H-beam steel production, mainly used for H beam assembling, welding and straightening. It centralizes the function of the assembling machine,welding machine and straightening machine on one combination machine. It can save the time during work piece transport and space of the workplace, and also can improve the annual output of unit-area.
1. PHJ type H-beam combination work station is new type equipment with high efficiency in the process of H-beam production.
2. It mainly consists of mainframe, input conveyor, output conveyor, pull-rod centering system, welding power, hydraulic system, and electric control system.
3. Mainframe is the core of this machine, which is composed of upper gantry and lower base assembly. Upper gantry can press and support the beam web; 4groups of rail guiding system to guide the way which is stable and reliable.
4. Positioning of web and flange adopts hydraulic transmission. Both sides are mechanical synchronous clamping and centering system to realize the automatic positioning and centering. There also designed eccentric wheel for micro adjustment.
5. During H-beam assembling process, there is automatic hydraulic elevation type material stopping rack at the end which can ensure the ends of web and flange to be aligned.
6. Welding gun adjusting unit adopt UP/DOWN, LEFT/RIGHT and angle adjustment to ensure that it always aims at welding seam.
7. Straightening unit adopts oil cylinder to press down. It is featured by strong straightening capacity and convenient straightening capacity adjustment.
8. Input conveyor 2.6m*3sections, and one of them is powered. Output conveyor is 11.5m,and two of them are elevation type which is used for supporting the H-beam.
9. At the input end, there is pull-rod system, totally 3pieces of pull rod case which is used for primary centering of web and flange.
10. It equips 1set of hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump is from professional manufacturer, easy maintenance and long life.
11. Welding power adopts Chinese MZ1000 or American Lincoln DC-1000, NA-3welding power,single arc single wire welding head and control box.
