1, The electric multi-jaw self-centering concentric clamping of the pipe ensures uniform force on the pipe's circumference. It does not deform during the clamping of thin-walled steel pipes. Meanwhile, it also has a certain rounding effect on thin-walled steel pipes with large ellipticity.

2, There are two layers of grippers. One layer is installed on the telescopic gripper of the main unit and does not require disassembly. When processing pipes within the specified diameter range, only one layer needs to be disassembled and assembled. It is achieved through a pulling mechanism for quick loading and unloading, and the replacement time does not exceed 5 minutes.
3, The servo motor precisely controls the tool's rapid feed, working feed, idle feed, and rapid retreat, etc., and has the function of memory tool travel coordinates.
4, The system is embedded with the special processing programs developed by our company for stainless steel and alloy steel materials. It adopts "stepwise feed-in" method. During the feed-in process, the back-feed control can be added to achieve chip removal and chip discharge, preventing the formation of tangled iron chips. At the same time, it can prevent knife jamming and jumping, thereby increasing the tool life by more than three times compared to other cutting groove machines.
5, The appropriate processing parameters can be systematically stored. When processing the same type of pipe again, the processing program can be directly called up. The processing program can be preset, stored and called up. 6, The intelligent automatic search and matching function for processing technology parameters enables the system to automatically search and match the appropriate processing technology parameters in the database after selecting the processing material and inputting the pipe diameter and wall thickness, preventing incorrect parameter Settings and misoperations. 7, By presetting the pipe diameter, the beveling machine can automatically adjust the center height of the cutter head to align with the center of the processed pipe, meeting the height difference adjustment requirements during the processing of pipes of different diameters. 8, The operation is simple, and it can be learned and mastered quickly. Only brief processing parameters need to be set to achieve running processing


Product Major Component

The basic processing principle is to keep the pipe clamped stationary while the cutter head rotates at high speed. The processing tool feeds in layer by layer according to the set feed rate to achieve simultaneous cutting and beveling processing. Meanwhile, three sets of tool rests and tools can be installed on the cutter head at the same time to meet various beveling processing requirements. The operation is simple and intelligent, mainly used for cutting and beveling processing of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel pipes. During processing, the pipe passes through the through hole in the middle of the main machine, and is self-centered and double-clamped on both sides of the pipe cutting position to achieve a stable clamping for cutting and double-sided beveling processing.

All processing actions are completed through the PLC numerical control system combined with the human-machine control interface. The pipe processing parameters are input through the 10-inch human-machine interface. After the program is set, the processing process is fully automatically completed. One operator can operate multiple devices independently.
In addition, it can be configured with auxiliary systems such as logistics conveying systems, numerical control fixed-length systems, automatic loading and unloading, and automatic coding and marking to form a production line with the processing host for continuous processing operations. It can also be connected to the factory MES system via Ethernet to achieve interconnection and intercommunication of processing data. It is currently an advanced and efficient pipe cutting bevel processing equipment both at home and abroad.
