1, The electric multi-jaw self-centering concentric clamping of the pipe ensures uniform force on the pipe's circumference. It does not deform during the clamping of thin-walled steel pipes. Meanwhile, it also has a certain rounding effect on thin-walled steel pipes with large ellipticity.

The basic processing principle is to keep the pipe clamped stationary while the cutter head rotates at high speed. The processing tool feeds in layer by layer according to the set feed rate to achieve simultaneous cutting and beveling processing. Meanwhile, three sets of tool rests and tools can be installed on the cutter head at the same time to meet various beveling processing requirements. The operation is simple and intelligent, mainly used for cutting and beveling processing of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel pipes. During processing, the pipe passes through the through hole in the middle of the main machine, and is self-centered and double-clamped on both sides of the pipe cutting position to achieve a stable clamping for cutting and double-sided beveling processing.
