Simple chunk type hydraulic jack (package unit) is evenly distributed around tank inner wall. Tank top and upper (the first layer) wall plates are lifted first and then install and weld wall plates of tank body. Self locking hydraulic jack and hydraulic hoist composing of lifting frame and lifting rod are adopted. When oil enters hydraulic jack, upper clamp fastens and lifts lifting rod and expansion ring and mobilize tank (including tank top) to ascend upward. When oil returns to jack, upper clamp returns with piston and lower clamp automatically fastens lifting rod without gliding. The simple chunk type hydraulic jack repeats the movement and make lifting rod ascend with tank to designated height (spare height for next layer of plate). After butt weld of next layer of wall plates, open upper and lower loosening device and loosen upper and lower clamp to make lifting rod and expansion ring descend to lower expanded and welded rib plate of the next layer of wall plates and then lift. Repeat the process and ascend welded tan till the last layer of wall plates are installed and welded. The installation of the whole storage tank is completed.

For defects and damages such as scratches, spalling and falling blocks on the top surface of the rail head, the length of one welding repair is allowed to be 200 mm. If the length exceeds 200 mm, it should be divided into two sections for welding repair.
When the rail joints are worn, slumped, scratched and peeled off at the same time, the scratches and peeled off blocks should be dealt with first.

II. Process analysis

1. Pre-bending
Plate rolling, plate at both ends of a length, because the plate did not contact the roller, not bending, which is called the remaining straight side.In order to avoid the plate from the work roll out, the actual residual straight edge is often larger than the theoretical value.Because the remaining straight edge is difficult to eliminate in the straightening, and causes a large weld stress and equipment load, easy to produce quality and equipment accidents, so the sheet material must be pre-bending the plate edge before rolling, so that the remaining straight edge is close to the theoretical value.
2. Centering
The purpose of centering is to make the workpiece busbar parallel to the roll axis to prevent the occurrence of skew.
3. Coil circle
The method of rolling the circle is divided into one feeding and multiple feeding.
The rebound of cold coiling is remarkable, and a certain amount of over coiling is needed.
4. Rounding
Rounding is generally divided into three steps:
4.1.Loading.Adjust the roller to the required maximum corrected curvature according to experience or calculation;
4.2.Rounding.Roll the roller for 1-2 circles under straightening curvature (especially roll near the weld zone), so that the curvature of the whole circle is uniform;
4.3.Unloading.Gradually remove the load so that the workpiece rolls several times under gradually reduced corrective load.
