Ceramic heating rope
The ceramic heating rope is a flexible heating element made with high-temperature resistant ceramics as the insulating base material and metal heating wires embedded inside. Its unique structural design endows it with excellent high-temperature resistance, enabling it to work stably within a wide temperature range from -200℃ to 1000℃. With a power range of 1-15KW, it can be customized according to actual requirements.

Track-type ceramic heating plates
Track-type ceramic heating plates are high-efficiency heating devices specially designed for pre-welding preheating and post-welding heat treatment, playing a key role in metal welding processes. They use high-temperature resistant ceramics as the core base material, integrate high-resistance alloy heating wires inside, and are encapsulated with flexible high-temperature resistant materials outside, forming a bendable track-like structure that can closely fit various irregular workpiece surfaces, such as pipes, elbows, flanges, etc.
In the pre-welding preheating stage, the heating plate can quickly and evenly raise the temperature of the workpiece's welding area to the range required by the process (usually 150 - 350℃), effectively reducing the temperature gradient during welding and reducing the risk of cracks caused by thermal stress. In the post-welding heat treatment stage, it can precisely control the cooling rate, and promote the homogenization of the weld metal structure through slow heat preservation (such as constant temperature in the range of 250 - 800℃), eliminate residual stress, and improve the mechanical properties of the welded joint.
Its significant advantages include high heating efficiency, temperature control accuracy up to ±5℃, and good insulation performance and mechanical strength, which can withstand vibration, impact and dust environments at welding sites. In terms of specifications, the length of the heating plate ranges from 300mm to 1500mm, and the power of a single piece covers 500W - 15KW. It supports the combination of multiple pieces to adapt to large workpieces, and is widely used in welding processes in fields such as petrochemical pipelines, pressure vessels, and heavy machinery.
