Welding manipulator is a special equipment for automatic welding of internal and external ring joints, fillet welds and internal and external longitudinal joints of components combined with welding roller frame and welding positioner. It has a variety of structural forms such as fixed type, rotary type and all-position. According to the needs of users to choose the structure and supporting a variety of welding machines and increase tracking, swing, monitoring, flux recovery and transportation and other auxiliary functions.
1, Adequate strength and stiffness. When the machine is put into use in production, it should withstand a variety of forces, so the machine should have enough strength and stiffness.
2, Reliability of welding. Welding cannot destroy the positioning position of the workpiece and ensure that the shape and size of the product meet the requirements of the drawing.
3, Flexibility of welding operation. The use of fixture production should ensure enough welding space, so that operators have a good vision and operating environment, so that the whole process of welding production in a stable working state.
4, With mechanical devices instead of manual assembly parts of the location, clamping and workpiece turnover and other heavy work, improve the working conditions of workers.
1. Structure:fixed type,fixed with rotation type and movable type
2. Both column and boom are cold-blended and goes through annealing treatment
3. There is anti-falling device to ensure the safety of boom lifting
4. Boom retracting adopts VFD,being stable and reliable
5. X-Y slide is fixed on one end of boom,which can be controlled by hand control panel
6. Control roller bears eccentric shaft,which can decrease clearance between roller and rail
7. Column revolve could be recognized by manual operation or electric drive
8. Control unit includes:electric control board and hand control panel.Interface with positioner and rotator is offered
9. Operation:Trolley,Director chair or platform,drag chain,seam tracking and monitor system,and flux recovery system.
According to the bearing capacity of the transverse arm end, it can be divided into light type(LHQ), medium type(LH), heavy type(LHM) and Super heavy(LHW).
