Product Description

The hydraulic station is composed of oil tank, air filter, level gauge, integrated block group, control box, pump group and synchronous cylinder.

Effective volume of oil tank 240L; The function of the air filter is to filter the debris in the air;

The integrated block group is the compact installation of various hydraulic components on the integrated block;

The synchronous cylinder is equipped with a plug-in relief valve and a quick change connector; Cartridge relief valve to protect cylinder pressure;

The oil output of the oil pump passes through the b port of the electromagnetic reversing valve to the quintuple synchronous cylinder, and the discharge cavity volume of the synchronous cylinder is equal to the rodless volume of the cylinder. The oil discharged from the synchronous cylinder enters the rodless cavity of the cylinder to raise the cylinder.

When the cylinder falls, the electromagnetic reversing valve reverses, and the oil passes through port a of the electromagnetic reversing valve to the rod cavity of the five cylinders to make the cylinder return, and the oil without rod cavity of the cylinder enters the synchronous cylinder to make it return. System pressure adjusted at entry (16MPa)

Operation

All the three switches in the control box, the motor starts (the motor turns clockwise, otherwise the stop to readjust the wire).

Close the dual switch and press the upper button on the handle to extend the cylinder. See Picture 8 for the handle.

Matters Needing Attention

The maximum working pressure of the synchronous hydraulic station is 16MPa, and the pressure cannot exceed the maximum working pressure in the use of the equipment.

The hydraulic synchronizer in the hydraulic station, as an important hydraulic component for the lifting synchronization of the jack, must be connected to all the oil ports of the working chamber when used. When a cavity in the synchronizer does not need to work, the cavity can not be blocked. At this time, the oil outlet of the synchronous cylinder that does not work needs to be connected with the corresponding rod cavity with a hydraulic tube, so that the hydraulic oil in the cavity that does not work can participate in the circulation. Otherwise, the jack will not be able to extend, which will cause serious damage to the seal of the hydraulic synchronizer.

An relief valve is installed on the pipe connecting the hydraulic synchronizer to the rodless chamber of the jack. Its function is to protect the pressure in the working chamber of the synchronizer from exceeding the pressure used in the seal. When the pressure of the working chamber reaches the pressure adjusted by the relief valve, the overflow will be prevented to prevent the seal damage of the synchronizer. The pressure adjustment of the relief valve has been adjusted when leaving the factory, and the pressure adjustment can not be carried out anymore, and the wrong operation will cause the jack output to be insufficient or the adjustment pressure is too high to play a protective role. The superimposed pressure reducing valve is installed on the pipe connecting the jack with a rod cavity, and its function is to reduce the pressure of the rod cavity. When using the jack to fall, the pressure of the rod cavity will not be too large, and the sealing of the face-forming synchronizer will be damaged. The pressure of the pressure reducing valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and no further pressure adjustment is required.
